Chats and history
Launcher keeps support conversations in Chat history so you can return to a conversation and check its status.
Open chat history
- Go to SERVICE → Help.
- Select Chat history in the Online support card.
The conversation list opens.
What the list shows
For each chat, Launcher shows:
- the chat title;
- its status;
- the latest message or current state;
- the time of the latest activity;
- the unread-message count when there are unread replies.
Two statuses are used:
- Active — the conversation can be continued;
- Closed — the conversation is available for reading only.
Open an active chat
Select the required chat in history.
When it is active, “Write a message” and Send remain available at the bottom. You can continue the same conversation.
Open a closed chat
A closed chat can also be opened from history to read previous messages.
The message field is not shown for a closed chat, so that conversation cannot be continued. To contact support again, return to Help and select Online support → New chat.
Return to the list
When a history chat is open, select Back to chat history to return to the conversation list.
Empty history
Before your first support request, the list can be empty. Launcher explains that chat history will appear after the first support request.
To start a conversation, open Help → Online support → New chat.
