Event Log
Event Log is on the main screen and shows current AI Agent Trader activity in readable messages.
What you can see
Messages can cover:
- start and stop actions;
- market scanning;
- AI analysis;
- candidates found or skipped;
- trading limits being applied;
- trading actions being opened, cancelled, or closed;
- errors and unavailable data.
When an action did not work
If a position was not opened or an action finished unexpectedly:
- find the latest message for the relevant instrument or action;
- read the displayed reason;
- open Candidate details or Troubleshooting when needed.
Download the log
The download action saves the currently displayed events. You can keep the file for your own review or send it to support.
Clear the log
Clearing removes the current messages from Event Log.
It does not delete Order History or AI usage history.
Connection status
If the top bar shows Offline, wait for the connection to return before retrying a trading action.
